Jump From Duluth Parking Ramp Averted

Duluth Police managed to pull a man to safety as he was threatening to jump from the top level of the Holiday Center parking ramp Monday afternoon.  Police negotiated with the 59 year old man for around 3 hours and had closed off Superior Street in front of the Holiday Center during the incident.  The man was taken to SMDC's Mental Health Unit for evaluation.
