(Chisholm, MN) -- Charges could be filed as soon as Wednesday against the former Chisholm police officer, accused of shooting a 40-year old man to death and injuring two others at a Chisholm sports bar Saturday. The suspect was treated at a local hospital after the incident which ended when another man reportedly smashed a chair over the suspect's head.
